Will F. Dowell

Will F. Dowell is a Managing Director for JFG Family Office. Will is responsible for establishing and co-leading the firm’s Dallas, Texas office. Additionally, Will co-leads JFG’s philanthropic advisory services to families.

Prior to joining JFG Family Office, Will built a versatile career that includes co-founding Haddon Partners to help people find more joy in their giving and to help companies become one of their investors’ favorite things. He also co-founded One Another, an invitation-only network of families who learn from each other and collaborate in their family, business, faith, and philanthropy. Additionally, he served as Managing Director at Stand Together Foundation, investing in organizations who drive transformative social change. He helped start and lead Behind Every Door, a Dallas-based nonprofit creating pathways of hope for people to walk in the fullness of who they are created to be. Will began his career with Cru on the University of Texas campus. He currently serves on the board for Behind Every Door, I Am A Golfer Foundation, A Steady Hand, and Myne, as well as the Advisory Board for Rising Tide Foundation.

Will graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, and he, his wife, and three children live in Dallas. As much as possible, he enjoys skiing, ultra running, and spending time in the mountains.
