Gretchen M. Salisbury, CIPM

Gretchen M. Salisbury is a Senior Compliance Officer at JFG Family Office. As a member of the compliance team, Gretchen supports the administration and continued development of JFG’s compliance program in accordance with SEC requirements applicable to registered investment advisers. She partners with teams across the firm to strengthen internal controls, manage regulatory risk, and promote effective compliance practices.

Gretchen earned a Bachelor of Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Prior to joining JFG, she served as a Director with ACA Group’s Performance Services division, where she advised firms on compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®), investment performance reporting, and regulatory requirements related to performance advertising. Earlier in her career, Gretchen worked at Guggenheim Partners in marketing and operations roles. She holds the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM®) designation from the CFA Institute.

Outside of work, Gretchen enjoys hiking, kayaking, cross-country skiing, cooking, traveling, and discovering new restaurants and wines. She especially values time spent with friends, family, and her pets.
